Apricus Realty Capital acquires IOS facility in Houston

Dallas-based Apricus Realty Capital, a real estate investment firm specializing in industrial outdoor storage assets (IOS), acquired 11403 N. Houston Rosslyn Road, an 18.56-acre industrial outdoor storage property located in northwest Houston.

The property includes approximately 53,000 square feet of warehouse and service facilities on a large-scale pipe storage and distribution yard. The site is located between Beltway 8, U.S. Highway 290 and Interstate 45.

The property is 100 percent leased to American Piping Products, a North American distributor of steel pipe, fittings and related products serving the energy, power generation, chemical processing and industrial sectors.

“This acquisition aligns perfectly with our investment strategy of acquiring mission-critical IOS assets occupied by high-quality industrial users,” said Matt Haley, managing principal at Apricus Realty Capital.
