American Landmark Apartments has acquired Mirador Apartments at River City and Stovall Apartments at River City, two adjacent apartment communities totaling 552 units in Jacksonville, Fla. The properties will be rebranded as Levi at River City, further expanding American Landmark’s footprint in one of Florida’s most dynamic and rapidly growing metropolitan areas.
The acquisition marks American Landmark’s seventh community in the Jacksonville metro area following its acquisition in April of The Vale at Baymeadows, a 276-unit community in southeast Jacksonville.
