AmCap continues to grow its Chicago-area presence with acquisition of Liberty Square

AmCap has acquired Liberty Square, a 107,431-square-foot, high-volume, grocery-anchored, shopping center in the Chicago suburb of Wauconda, Ill.

Liberty Square is located at the northeast corner of Rand Road (U.S. Route 12)  Liberty Street (State Route 176) in Wauconda, Lake County, Illinois, approximately 37 miles northwest of downtown Chicago. A 54,522-square-foot Jewel-Osco anchors the center, which is also home to several complimentary businesses and restaurants, including the U.S. Postal Service, Charter Fitness, KFC, Subway, Pet Supplies Plus and PNC Bank.
