AHV Communities has entered the Seattle metropolitan market with a new rental community, Duvall Village. The newest addition to the AHV Master Planned Rental Communities brand is a luxury townhome community currently under construction in the northeastern Seattle suburb of Duvall, Wash. Leasing is anticipated to commence in June.
