The City of North Las Vegas, in partnership with Agora Realty & Management, has begun demolition of the last building on the site for NLV Village, a 29-acre mixed-use, master-planned commercial district in downtown North Las Vegas.
This is the largest redevelopment project for the city, according to officials.
The $105 million project will include 200,000 square feet of retail space and 125,000 square feet of healthcare and medical office space, located along the Lake Mead Las Vegas Boulevard corridor.
Construction began earlier this year on a 22,000 square feet medical office building.
