Nick Rosenthal, co-CEO of Griffin Capital Co., has been appointed to the Real Assets Adviser editorial advisory board.
Rosenthal co-leads Griffin Capital, a tax-advantaged private real estate investment manager focused on the rental housing sector. Working alongside the firm’s executive team, he guides strategy, capital formation, investment execution and corporate operations. Since 1995, Griffin has managed more than $24.6 billion on behalf of its partners in the private wealth channel and now manages a rental housing portfolio of more than 14,400 units across 21 markets.
