Ryan Cos. has topped off its Clarendale Six Corners, a 10-story, 258-unit senior living community on Chicago’s Northwest side. The project is being developed with joint venture partners LCS and Harrison Street.
The 10-story, $117 million retail and senior-living community broke ground January 2021 and is expected to be completed by fall 2022.
The units will be made of independent-living, assisted-living and memory-care residences. Resident amenities will include a bistro-style eatery, cocktail bar, billiards lounge, private patios, massage room, full-service salon, fitness center, fine dining experiences, and weekly housekeeping.
The project is expected to be completed by fall 2022.
