A former Ameriprise advisory team, overseeing $1.3 billion in assets, has broken away from the broker-dealer to launch an independent registered investment adviser (RIA), Fathom Advisors.
The team, led by CEO and partner Randy Doroff and partner and COO Todd Doroff, made this decision to better serve its clients. As an independent RIA, the team can exercise higher levels of flexibility and freedom in choosing the technology, platforms and solutions used in its practice.
Joining the team are Michael Cassidy and Elizabeth Stokes, both former Ameriprise members, as well as Trevor Dunn, Jake Isaacson, Mark Lyon and Nick Adams.
Fathom Advisors has selected Schwab Advisor Services as its custodian.
