Brennan Investment Group, a private real estate investment firm that acquires, develops and operates industrial facilities throughout the United States, announced its expansion into the Phoenix industrial market with the appointment of Matt Field as senior vice president. Based in Phoenix, Field will lead Brennan's efforts in the market as the firm expands its industrial investment platform.
Field brings approximately 15 years of commercial real estate experience, with a strong background in industrial acquisitions, investment strategy and capital markets throughout Phoenix and the Western United States.
