AlbaneseCormier (AC), a privately held owner and operator of open-air shopping centers, has acquired a four-property portfolio totaling 714,054 square feet across Alabama, Wisconsin and Michigan. This purchase marks AC's first acquisition in the state of Wisconsin and further expands the firm's presence in Alabama and Michigan.

Bison Hollow Shopping Center (134,798 square feet) in Traverse City, Mich.
Oak Brook Square (152,073 square feet) in Flint, Mich.
PetSmart & Dick's Anchored Shopping Center (52,302 square feet) in Oshkosh, Wis.
The portfolio boasts more than 50 tenants, anchored by national brands such as a separately owned Costco, Dick's House of Sports, HomeGoods, TJ Maxx, Hobby Lobby, Petco, Old Navy, Sketchers, Ashley Furniture, Starbucks and more.
