Hawthorne Residential Partners has sold three apartments in separate deals. The properties are located in Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina.
The firm has sold Hawthorne at the Park, a 234-unit apartment community located in Greenville, S.C. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed. The community will be rebranded by the new owners, aligning with their long-term vision.
Originally constructed in 1992 and acquired by Hawthorne in 2012, the property has been a cornerstone of the local rental market for over a decade. The sale closed in June 2025, with CBRE representing Hawthorne in the transaction.
Throughout its ownership, Hawthorne invested in both operational excellence and strategic renovations at the community, resulting in long-term value creation for investors and an elevated living experience for residents.
