Bow River Capital has secured $70.29 million in refinancing for Park84, a newly completed class A industrial property in Nampa, Idaho, located 20 miles from downtown Boise.
JLL worked on behalf of the borrower to secure floating-rate financing for the property.
Completed in July 2024, Park84 comprises seven state-of-the-art industrial buildings totaling 605,570 square feet on a 47.81-acre site. The property features 32-foot clear heights, clerestory and LED lighting, ESFR sprinklers, 480-volt power, outdoor storage and trailer parking. The buildings offer divisibility as small as 16,917 square feet, making the property attractive to a wide range of industrial users. The property is leased to a diverse range of global, national and regional tenants.
