The property comprises 51 percent one-bedroom units, 43 percent two-bedroom units, and 6 percent three-bedroom units. Community amenities include a clubhouse, business center, resort-style pool, BBQ grills, dynamic fitness center containing a Wellbeats virtual fitness studio, playground, and dog park.
