Wealth Enhancement, a national independent wealth management firm, has announced it has acquired The H Group and its affiliated practice, FocusPoint Solutions, which collectively oversee more than $6.7 billion in client assets.
The businesses are led by Chris Hicks, founder and owner, and are headquartered in Portland, Ore. with additional offices across the Pacific Northwest and Southwest. FocusPoint Solutions will incorporate into Advisory Solutions Group, a newly formed registered investment adviser (RIA) affiliated with Wealth Enhancement which supports advisors and RIAs not operating under Wealth Enhancement Advisory Services.
Houlihan Lokey served as the adviser in the transaction.
