Waterloo Capital, an Austin-based registered investment adviser, has announced the launch of Everstead, a private wealth and family office brand dedicated to ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families. Everstead is led by founder and managing partner Grayson Dunaway, who recently joined Waterloo, and is based in Atlanta’s Buckhead neighborhood.
Everstead unites three Waterloo capabilities under a single name: Waterloo Family Office, Waterloo Tax Partners and the full investment and wealth management platform of Waterloo Capital. Instead of coordinating separate advisers for investments, taxes, estate planning and family governance, Everstead clients work with one integrated team that sees the whole balance sheet.
