Walton Global has launched Delaware Growth 1 DST focused on land-based investments.
Known as Indian Point, the offering in Felton, Del., includes 128 acres of land zoned for residential development. Upon completion, the site is estimated to support approximately 270 homesites to accommodate the region’s continued demand.
