Walton Global has sold 58.9 acres out of the 184-acre Sugarloaf Crossing Master Plan located in Gwinnett County, Ga.
The parcel was sold to an Atlanta-based homebuilder that plans to develop a variety of housing options. Subsequent to this sale, a substantial distribution to investors in Walton U.S. Land Fund 2 will be distributed on Dec. 27.

These initial phases will provide badly needed residential units in what is a thriving Gwinnett County market.”
