UBS CEO Sergio Ermotti was awarded nearly 15 million Swiss francs ($17 million) for 2024, keeping his pay below the maximum allowed amid scrutiny over banker compensation in Switzerland, reported AdvisorHub.
His package includes 2.8 million francs in fixed pay and 12.1 million in variable compensation, slightly lower on a full-year basis compared to 2023. Meanwhile, chairman Colm Kelleher’s pay increased 17 percent to 5.5 million francs ($6.2 million) due to an expanded role after the Credit Suisse acquisition. UBS’s total bonus pool rose to $4.7 billion.
