Rockefeller Capital Management has added a Houston-based private adviser team from Merrill Lynch to its wealth division, Rockefeller Global Family Office, media outlets reported.
The Post Oak Wealth Partners team, which managed between $3 billion and $3.9 billion in client assets and generates about $14 million in annual revenue, is led by John H. Tyler, Joseph A. Bybee, Tyler D. Lane and Malia S. Morales, along with six support staff.
At Merrill, the group operated as the Tyler Bybee Lane Morales Group and was ranked the top team in Texas this year by Forbes.
The team provides comprehensive wealth management services to high-net-worth individuals and families, according to its website.
Bybee and Morales joined Merrill in 2007, Lane in 2008 and Tyler in 2009 after earlier experience at AllianceBernstein.
