Kish Kapoor will step down as president and CEO at RF Capital on Oct. 1 and will be succeeded by Dave Kelly, who joined the firm as COO in January.
Most recently, Kelly was head of Gluskin Sheff, a prominent independent Canadian advisory firm. Before that, Kelly spent 14 years in wealth management at Toronto-Dominion Bank, culminating in the role of senior vice president and head of private wealth management and financial planning.
Kapoor will continue to serve on the board of RF Capital Group Inc and Richardson Financial Group Limited.
