The retail investment landscape in first half 2025 demonstrated resilience, with transaction volumes reaching $28.5 billion, a notable increase of 23 percent from first half 2024, according to JLL’s Q2 2025 Retail Market Dynamics Report.
The West region led with a significant 107 percent year-over-year growth, followed by the Southeast at 17 percent, and the Mid-Atlantic at 16 percent.
