Regions Bank has announced Andy Voress has joined Regions Affordable Housing as head of investor sales and servicing.
In this role, Voress will oversee business relationships with Regions’ clients who are bringing new and revitalized developments to life. Further, he will guide distribution and funding strategies for Regions Affordable Housing, along with capital-raising initiatives that support the bank’s work in helping expand access to affordable housing in key growth markets across the country. Voress has 18 years of industry experience and will leverage strategic insights across the Regions Affordable Housing funding platforms. Voress will report to Katie Such, head of Regions Affordable Housing.
Voress previously held key leadership roles at two of the nation’s largest LIHTC syndicators. He most recently served as the managing director of syndications for CREA. Prior to that, he worked at Raymond James as the director of institutional investment. He also le
