NVIDIA unveils $500b AI financing partnership with Apollo, BlackRock, Blackstone, Brookfield, Goldman Sachs and KKR

Amid accelerating demand for AI infrastructure, NVIDIA is seeking to turn its compute and full-stack artificial intelligence (AI) infrastructure into an investable asset class for global capital.

NVIDIA plans to mobilize more than $500 billion of third-party capital through an AI partnership with six of the world’s premier financial institutions: Apollo, BlackRock, Blackstone, Brookfield, Goldman Sachs and KKR.

The institutions will help establish independent compute-financing platforms that will propel the AI infrastructure buildout across NVIDIA’s ecosystem, including leading frontier AI labs, enterprises and AI clouds. NVIDIA will work with the six institutions to create dedicated pools of capital at significant scale at attractive rates for NVIDIA customers.
