Lument has announced that Jason Stevens has joined the firm’s real estate investment sales team as a managing director. Stevens will be teaming up with his former colleague Todd Stofflet, also a managing director, who joined Lument in February.
Stevens and Stofflet are based in Chicago and will focus on serving clients with investment services throughout the Midwest. Both will work with John Sebree, senior managing director and head of real estate investment sales at Lument, who launched the firm’s real estate investment sales platform in 2024.
Throughout his career, Stevens has executed more than $2 billion in investment sales transactions, $1.5 billion of which were in the Chicago market. Stevens’ clients include institutional investors, regional syndicators and family offices. Before joining Lument, he represented RPM Living in a client services capacity.
