Invesco Real Estate has appointed Kim Hourihan as head of global strategy, as of July 2025.
With more than 30 years of experience in real estate investment, Hourihan most recently served as global CIO for CBRE Investment Management, senior vice president at Starwood Capital Group, and partner and regional director for TA Associates Realty.
Hourihan has a B.A. in economics from Boston College, and an MBA in business administration from Harvard Business School.
