JPMorgan is launching JPMorgan Real Assets Dedicated Fund, a newly organized Delaware statutory trust (DST), according to an SEC filing on Aug. 7.
JPMorgan Real Assets Dedicated Fund will operate as an interval fund, with GCM Grosvenor serving as the unaffiliated investment subadviser. The fund seeks to invest in current income and long-term capital appreciation through real assets. A minimum of 80 percent of its net assets will be allocated to real assets, including infrastructure, real estate, agriculture, timber and farmland across various regions.
The fund will gain exposure to real assets through a range of investment vehicles, including primary investments in real estate investment trusts (REITs) and business development companies (BDCs), as well as debt securities, preferred equity securities and select open-end funds, including exchange-traded funds (ETFs).
