Inland Securities Corp., the exclusive dealer manager and placement agent for real estate investment programs offered by Inland Real Estate Investment Corp. and its affiliates, has announced the promotion of Dan Gawley, a 12-year Inland veteran, to senior vice president, private capital, for the Southern California territory. In this role, Gawley will work alongside Charles Jensen, managing director, western division; Frank Felix, internal wholesaler; and Skylar Gautier, vice president. During the past decade, the Southern California territory has raised more than $1.66 billion in equity.
As a specialist and primary point of contact in Southern California for Inland Investments’ Delaware statutory trust, 721 exchange and qualified opportunity zone strategies, Gawley will focus on educating financial professionals, their clients and certified public accountants on tax-advantaged real estate investment solutions.
