The Inland Real Estate Group of Cos. has joined The Real Estate Roundtable’s (RER) Real Estate Like-Kind Exchange Coalition. Inland’s member company, Inland Private Capital Corp. (IPC), specializes in offering securitized 1031 tax-free exchange investments and has $9 billion in assets under management. IPC has sponsored 266 programs, including Delaware statutory trusts and other private placement programs.
