HighTower has named Marc Cabezas as the new head of its expanded mergers and acquisitions team.
Previously, Cabezas was vice president and head of corporate development for Edelman Financial Services, a national wealth management firm managing more than $21 billion in client assets across the country. Prior to Edelman, Cabezas spent six years as vice president of Focus Financial Partners, where he was charged with driving growth, sourcing and vetting acquisition opportunities.
