Forum Real Estate Income Fund (FREIF) has announced the re-election of its full board of trustees and shareholder approval of Nuveen as the fund’s new non-discretionary sub-adviser, reinforcing FREIF’s commitment to strategic growth, enhanced sourcing and investment excellence.
The re-election of the board reflects ongoing investor confidence in FREIF’s governance, investment strategy and performance oversight under the leadership of portfolio managers Pat Brophy and Neil Shah. Forum also appointed Jason Brooks as a portfolio manager, joining Brophy and Shah. Brooks brings more than a decade of experience in real estate credit, most recently at Janus Henderson Investors, where he specialized in commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) and securitized credit.
