Crewe Advisors has brought on Seth Merrill as CIO and partner, and the firm has appointed Dustin Thackeray as head of portfolio management.
Crewe Advisors, an RIA (registered investment adviser) and multi-family office serving high-net-worth individuals, has more than $2.5 billion in assets under management.
Merrill brings institutional experience as he joins the firm from Ensign Peak Advisors, where he was co-director of portfolio strategy. With a background in asset allocation and systematic equities portfolio management, he will focus on the firm’s macro strategy. Prior to Ensign Peak Advisors, Merrill ran his own investment management firm, Cederian Investments, and worked at Brandes Investment Partners. He earned an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
