Coller Capital, a global investment firm, has partnered with SUBSCRIBE, an alternative investments platform. Currently overseeing $38 billion in assets under management, Coller Capital Serves institutional and private wealth investors in the private equity and private credit space.
SUBSCRIBE is an operating system that offers fund managers, investors and service providers a central platform to streamline processes such as investor onboarding, subscription documents and reporting.
Both limited partner– and general partner–led secondaries transactions saw large growth in 2024, as global secondaries volume increased by 45 percent, to $162 billion in 2024, said SUBSCRIBE. With the expansion of secondaries, wealth managers are seeking innovative investment solutions.
