Clearlake Capital Group, a global investment firm managing integrated platforms spanning private equity, liquid, private credit, private market solutions and other related strategies, has announced the launch of Clearlake Private Wealth, a new platform created to expand access to private markets strategies for private wealth investors.
Alongside the launch, Clearlake announced the upcoming offering of the Clearlake Private Markets Fund, a nondiversified, closed-end interval fund registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940, designed to provide private wealth investors with access to Clearlake and Pathway Capital Management’s established private markets platform and secondary and co-investment capabilities. The fund is expected to be available to investors in first quarter 2027.
