Citco’s new managing director and head of retail alternative fund services, Chris Shaw, is leading the company’s private markets expansion. This expansion is set to include services for SEC-registered clients accepting retail investors.
Shaw, an industry veteran, will lead the development and oversight of servicing retail alternative product offerings. In doing so, the team offers fund accounting, financial reporting and registered transfer agency services.
With more than 30 years in the industry, Shaw was vice president of SS&C Technologies for six years and previously managing director for seven years. He has a B.S. in economics from The University of Kansas.
