Center Street Securities Inc., a broker-dealer in Nashville that opened its doors more than 30 years ago, is shutting down, reported Investment News, citing a filing with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc.
DI Wire reported the firm’s outstanding arbitration claims by its investors.
The firm was mentioned by law firm Iorio Altamirano’s ongoing case on broker-dealers that sold GWG L Bonds to retail investors. Iorio Altamirano issued the statement in November.
