Carter Validus Mission Critical REIT II has announced that Lisa Drummond has retired as COO and secretary of the company, effective Sept. 13, 2018.
Todd Sakow was elected by the board of directors of the company to become COO and secretary of the company, effective Sept. 13, 2018. In assuming his new positions, Sakow resigned as CFO and treasurer of the company, positions he held since January 2013.
In addition, effective Sept. 13, 2018, the new officers of the Carter Validus Advisors II are Kay Neely, CFO and Treasurer, and Jamie Yoakum, chief accounting officer.
