Black Salmon Capital, a real estate investment management and development firm, has appointed Alicia Miller-Yoder as head of U.S. capital markets, according to a LinkedIn post.
Prior to this role, Miller-Yoder served as president of capital markets and investor relations at Whitestone & Co. She also served as vice president of capital markets at Vukota Capital Management for one year.
Black Salmon Capital focuses on residential, industrial and mixed-use opportunities in the United States. As of Feb. 19, 2025, it had $2.1 billion in total assets under management.
