Beacon Pointe Advisors has announced the addition of Michael Skillman as managing director of institutional consulting services. With more than three decades of leadership experience in the investment management industry, Skillman brings a dynamic and strategic approach to client relationship management, business development and product innovation.
Skillman has led teams and spearheaded new product development across both traditional and values-driven investment strategies. He has navigated complex financial landscapes while building relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders.
Most recently, Skillman served as CEO of Faith Investor Services, a firm he founded in 2021 to provide faith-based exchange-traded funds (ETFs) and wealth management solutions. The firm launched multiple funds, built a brand and integrated the acquisition of a wealth management business, enabling values-oriented investors to align their portfolios with their beliefs.
