Adnan Virani has joined HRI Hospitality, a fully integrated owner, operator and developer of premium-branded hotels and upscale apartments in top urban markets, as senior vice president, capital markets and investor relations.
Virani recently served as the director of investor relations at FD Stonewater, where his primary focus was designing and leading business plans for distribution across institutional and wealth channels, according to Hotel Business. Prior to that, he was the head of consultant relations and institutional strategist for Truist Financial.
In his new role at HRI Hospitality, Virani will be integral to raising equity and expanding financial partnerships and strategies to maximize market investment and development opportunities. With a focus on developing new capital relationships and platforms, securing funding for specific projects and overseeing reporting and compliance requirements, he will be charged with developing a long-term capital raising net
