CohnReznick, a professional services firm, has announced a strategic acquisition of the Aldrich group of companies, composed of Aldrich CPAs + Advisors (more than $100 million in revenue) and Aldrich Wealth ($8 billion in assets under advisement). The transaction is expected to close in mid-December 2026.
Aldrich is one of the 10 largest firms headquartered on the West Coast, creating a significant expansion for CohnReznick’s geographic footprint. In addition to more than 500 professionals and 48 partners, Aldrich brings offices in Spokane, Wash.; Portland (Lake Oswego) and Salem, Ore.; Carlsbad, Mission Valley and Orange County, Calif.; Salt Lake City; and expanded presence in San Diego and Denver. The team also strengthens CohnReznick’s industry capabilities across private client services, construction, telecom, agribusiness and more to create significant growth opportunity for the combined organization.
