Creative Planning, a registered investment adviser (RIA), has announced the acquisition of Grassi Investment Management, a wealth management firm located in Santa Clara, Calif. The transaction was completed on August 28, 2025, adding five professionals to Creative Planning’s expanding team and approximately $1.3 billion in assets under management.
