Brett Mitstifer has been named CIO of Flagstar Private Banking and Wealth Management. Based in New York City, Mitstifer will report to Mark Pittsey, head of private banking and wealth management.
Mitstifer brings more than two decades of wealth management experience. He most recently served as CIO and regional head of investment management for HSBC Private Bank. Mitstifer previously was head of asset management and senior portfolio manager at Value Line Asset Management, as well as executive vice president at Hovey, Youngman and Associates.
Mitstifer holds a bachelor of science degree in Finance from Pennsylvania State University.
