Everview Partners has launched a newly formed private investment firm founded by Billy Rahm on the belief that applying both private equity and credit expertise to U.S. real asset investments could yield enduring performance across market cycles. Rahm brings more than 20 years of leadership and real asset investing experience across leading alternative asset management firms, including Centerbridge and Blackstone.
In addition to Rahm, the Everview board of directors includes Marne Levine, former chief business officer of Meta Platforms, Inc.; and Richard Wallman, former CFO of Honeywell International.
Initial members of Everview’s investment team will include David S. Cohen, former managing director at Brookfield Asset Management, where he oversaw the alternative real estate team; Komal Sankla, former Blackstone principal; Austin Zurlo, former Starwood Capital Group vice president; and Gregory Ressa, former partner and head of the real estate practice at Simpson Thac
