Neuberger Berman, which manages alternative assets across private equity, real estate and hedge funds, appointed Ralph Eissler as a managing director and head of private markets research.
In this newly created role as head of private markets research, Eissler will work closely with investment teams across the NB Alternative’s platform to conduct fundamental research on private market asset classes, identifying drivers of returns for manager and company performance. His team will help inform private market investment decisions and portfolio construction using quantitative and data insights. He will collaborate with the insurance analytics and institutional solutions team as well as with the data strategy team on data acquisition, utilizing NB Alternative’s breadth of data for actionable insights.
