Allura Capital has formed a partnership with Targeted Real Estate Equities and Holly Pond Capital to provide attractive real estate investment opportunities to high-net-worth individuals.
The new entity, The Valorem Group, will sponsor a series of private equity real estate funds targeted to accredited individual investors seeking to diversify their investment portfolios by adding real estate as an asset class.
“It is very clear that the options for individual investors in the HNWI category are narrow when compared to institutional investors like pension funds and endowments,” said Daniel J. Steinberg, managing director at Targeted.
