UGI Energy Services, a subsidiary of UGI Corp., and BP subsidiary Archaea Energy have formed Aurum Renewables, a joint venture to develop renewable natural gas (RNG) at the Commonwealth Environmental Systems landfill in Hegins, Pa. Archaea holds a 60 percent stake and a UGI subsidiary owns 40 percent.
