Pearlmark, a boutique real estate manager and principal investor, has secured at least $111 million for its latest value-added fund, Pearlmark Equity Partners II.
The closed-end fund launched in July and has a $475 million equity fundraising target. IREI understands the vehicle will invest in various property types across the United States.
Pearlmark has a specific focus on the core and value-add areas of the risk-return spectrum and offers access to high-quality real estate through a variety of strategies and deal structures, according to the firm’s website. The firm executes three primary investment strategies: commercial, multifamily and high-yield debt.
Pearlmark reports $5.3 billion in gross equity capital commitments and has executed 557 real estate equity and debt transactions. The firm works closely with institutional and high-net-worth investors.
