Annual Investor Survey
The 2024 Annual Investor Survey showed the industry is at an inflection point, as real estate continues to play a critical role in investors’ portfolios, delivering current income, providing relatively attractive total returns and offering unique portfolio diversification benefits. The survey revealed investors expect to increase their commitments compared with the previous year, with value-added real estate receiving a larger portion of U.S. and non-U.S. investors' real estate portfolios.
