San Francisco invests $25m in Asia Pacific fund
San Francisco City & County Employees’ Retirement System has plans to invest $25 million to Pamfleet Real Estate Fund III, an Asia Pacific real estate fund managed by Pamfleet Group.
Pamfleet Real Estate Fund III launched in August 2018. The fund is seeking to raise $450 million in total equity commitments, according to the filing. The value-added fund will invest in office, retail and residential properties throughout Asia Pacific.
The fund’s predecessor, Pamfleet Real Estate Fund II, held a $400 million final close in 2015, exceeding its original fundraising target of $350 million.
Since 2000, Pamfleet has originated and asset managed more than 3.8 million square feet of properties and investments worth in excess of $1 billion.
