Pamfleet Group, an Asia Pacific real estate investment adviser, has launched its next real estate fund, Pamfleet Real Estate Fund III, according to a filing with the SEC. The firm did not comment on its fundraising efforts.
Pamfleet Real Estate Fund III is seeking to raise $450 million in total equity commitments, according to the filing. The value-added fund will invest in office, retail and residential properties throughout Asia Pacific.
The fund’s predecessor, Pamfleet Real Estate Fund II, held a $400 million final close in 2015, exceeding its original fundraising target of $350 million.
Since 2000, Pamfleet has originated and asset managed more than 3.8 million square feet of properties and investments worth in excess of $1 billion.
